This was a tough year as some of our key partners suffered stock and technical problems which meant it was all hands-on deck making sure our customers still got the service they expected from us.
We got through this but we had to put ATAM on hold as we had to look after our existing customers before expanding again.
Yet another exciting year as we grew, we recruited even more staff to meet demand and we started to plan ATAM, at first we called it “The Business Superstore” but we thought the name was too long. A couple of our directors came up with the name ATAM one weekend over a couple of quiet drinks, at least that’s what they said!
We still don’t believe them about the quiet part. Lol
Over the next 18 months things got busier and we grew as a company employing new staff and refining our operation to make sure customers always got the best price and service.
We also achieved ISO 14001 and ISO 9001.
In early 2011 we started selling royal wedding mugs on amazon to mark the wedding of William and Kate.
By october 2011 the mugs sales started to slow down and we started to look at other items to sell onling
